Seems that interest has been lost again now that 1.1.0 is out for some time... we're far from the 10-12 regular players a couple months ago, and looking at the ladder it seems that tons of chars have not been played in ages.

1) blame summertime ppl have lives + jobs and firends to take care of :)
2) i count myself as regular and a few others as well. I think a lot of ppl also come with different characters.
3) maybe one point is that the artifacts are all gone. For me its also a bit of lame to know that the best things are gone already, and what i'll loose I will probably never see again ;)
4) the ladder is mostly pointless since it registers the same character N-times so at least 33% of the ladders are duplicates anyway :)

Anyway dont worray as long you have fun and i am thankful for all the nice (and sad) hours i ve spent already. and i have made possible what i ve never thought to nmake (a level 50 character!)

I showed the game to 3 ppl, gained 1 for our cause while another one is still in the "pending" phase and the third might have lost interest :)

Hope you come back.... once had a lan with some ppl playing everquest online all the time... i asked them why they had come to the lan party if they wanted to play an online game? After huors they havnt stopped and we had an "accident" with the internet connection :)

They were furious, but then they joined the lan at least :) hehehe :)

I have time at home to play Everquest, heh. If I sent to LAN party, I'd not be playing that. Too much of 1 thing is bad.

This is very much dependant upon time. In fact, *most* of the time there are players. I have found it difficult to find a time slot when there are no players to schedule auto reboot and backup of the server.

Probably playing ToME4... Each time I connect to my online profile, there are 300-400 players connected. And it's not even a MMORPG!

ugh Tome4. Why would anyone play it?

Idk if its just me, but long RPGs with skill systems where you cant get every skill/ can't recover from skill levelup mistakes? Not my thing. Long RPGs with skill systems require a respec option.

ToME4 has respec system. You can unlearn skills pretty easily.

Well I would like to play again. I have some time issues - Often I spiend time playing some boardgames instead or if I play some pc its anno2070 or diablo3 atm.

Actually I have found some new guy who wanna learn mangband, so maybe i am online a little more again.
Also checked with Jordan, how he is doing - but he is still mad.
