Or when you're fighting Chaos Wyrms and get one down to 1 or 2 *'s and something breathes and kills it.  Voila no drop or xp!  Hella annoying!

I'm 28, Male and I live in Eugene, Oregon.  I've been playing Mangband off and on for about 3.5 or 4 years and I've so far won with 2 characters: Domino (Mage) and Angus (Paladin).

I have an Amulet of the Magi [5] (+3 to searching) with Resist Nether and a Blade of Chaos of Melting (6d5) (+10,+10) that I believe meet your requirements.  Shall we make a trade?

Balance DSM Doesn't give Nether Resistance...
