Crimson, aside from resetting the server, can you give us some insight into what else is being done? Is 0.8.0 ready to roll, or is this just a hand full of bug fixes that you've got ready to go that need a reset to put in? Can we get a listing or sample of what kind of coolness we can expect to see?...

I think this thread has forked, so I'll just address the two people seperately here. Bran: Of course ghost killing is mean.  It's the single meanest thing you can do to someone here.  I mean, there's right-down evil things that can (and have) be done...but Avenger is perfectly right.  There's no bet...

Let's say that *all* of the arts are found.  There's none available...and you kill something that would drop something awesome.  Instead of dropping a boomerang (which, believe me, happens enough on the bottom), it instead drops something else...a speed ring, a REALLY...

Okay, but I think you're missing the point.  Or maybe I am...that's been known to happen. What I'm saying is that almost all of the "good" arts are out.  You're not going to GET to find them, and the ones that are left are, for the most part, garbage.  You're better served by wielding a Holy Avenger...

Here's a question for all of you pro-art people...what are YOU going to do with the boomerangs? Say you're level 28, and you find one of the boomerang daggers.  Whoopie do.  Your current weapon and all three of your backups do 10 times the damage. For the most part, the arts that are left are garbag...

You're focusing on the wrong part of my post.

Crimson's not really a big fan of life after death.  Player or monster kills, it really doesn't matter.

Player killers just tend to speed the process along a bit.
