In looking through some of the character dumps I stumbled across this gem.
It's Ashi's character dump, the final messages tell a tale of the utmost bad luck.

Dyna bumps into you.
You switch places with Dyna.
You cannot run in that direction.

Dyna has slain Wormtongue, Agent of Saruman.
Wormtongue, Agent of Saruman was slain by Saucerors.
You found a trap!
You fall into a spiked pit!
You are impaled on poisonous spikes!
You have been given a light cut.
You are poisoned!
You die.

The moral? Never jump up and down in celebration after slaying a unique, unless you are sure you are not stood on a trap !
