[BMA] Vaults updated

I just updated the vaults on my server. Their sizes are all correctly reported in the template headers, and they are all fully enterable and completable. I fixed the offset in vault 113 that ends after a few lines, too. I also brought the new Angband 3.0.3 vaults in, and got the old ones up to date. There's over 20 new vaults to find.
