hmmm, how bout dangband? :)
what about some nice middle earth type deal, like Gondor, or the lonely mountain, or something else like "smaug's den" or something just evil sounding like demon's den (since you tell me the demons are really rough now) or something that plays of rohan like "Greater Rohan"
you could do something completely different like name it after a group refering to the 1st age, like call your server "The last allaince of men and elves" i don't know, just some idea's, i really need to go refresh myself on the silmerilion

*coughs* hehehe i first messed with mangband at 7.... if i remember right.... anyway how about "BlackenedBand" or "BentBand" or mabye.... if u realy must get rid of the band part.... "Blackened Dawn"
yah kinda dark names.... but if you think about it they kinda fit the theme behind mangband... why they all start with B.....
you can figure that one out i hope!

Well I decided to take a break from college, which meant taking my server home with me. So, no more static IP, no more Dual OC3 connection, and no more DServ.
I am still up for suggestions though. I haven't heard 'the one' yet. On my hard drive, I just call it bmangband-6.4.2 because it's the best one so far.
I've heard some people make fun of the game before, but... manbang? You have some really immature friends.

Has 'Moria' been taken? 'Helms Deep'? Are you trying to get away from specific locations? 'ContraBand' ::)
