Feature: Wands & Staves charges

Hi!

unsure if this is a bug or feature. Best explained with a macro

I macro'ed: @a1*t
I inscribe an unidentified wand - silver wand @a1
Then triggering it a few times (until the log says "no charges left")

Sometimes do not see the {tried} or {empty} inscriptions, they appear when removing the inscription (at least when the wand is empty). But shouldn't they appear immediately?

Same for staves.

No, the {tried} and {empty} inscriptions are like the discount inscriptions, they are overridden by your inscription and only appear when you wipe yours off.

I think it would be a good addition, because then work with un'ided wands / staves is easer. Not a biggie though :)
