Radical idea, artifact DSM which gives time resistance

I think it would be awesome to have a extremely rare artifact Time DSM which gives time resist and activates for time breath. Since there would only be one, it wouldnt make Time hounds any less dangerous for anyone else, so it wont really mess with balance.
