Dual - PVP - Vault GM EVENT

Hi this is my idea of a Vault made in permanent wall. Each player (or party) starting level 1 no_ghost enter their own side and work their way through the top room where the first team to make it there can kill the Unique (in this example Lokkak would be nice). Then the 2 parties could kill each other in a PVP battle. To avoid un-balance in game maybe we should all be forced to suicide at the end. It could be more like a mini-game event.
The reward tho could be something awarded to the main player of the winner.
My idea is a scroll of acquisition.
In the case that we would do a Tournament the prize could be bigger.
There could be choices depending on classes like high books or pieces of equipment.
Explaination : Every 'preparation' rooms should be filled with whats written on it. 1st filled with randomly created good items. 2nd and 3rd filled with excellent gear.
The unique should be spawned in the middle of the top room.
Room separations are dead trees (since we cant spawn rubbles) and all the rest is perma wall.
So this is basically my idea. Feel free to comment and add stuff to the idea.
* Ideally after parties have entered the first preparation room GM should change the entrance into perma wall so that they cant flee out.
