Those darn staffs of summoning break to easy  ;D

This seems to go against the unwritten "all rods will be good rods" rule.  Also, didn't your mama tell you farming a summon rod is cheezy? :}

aww but its so fun, you never know what is going to pop out and kick the crap out of you. Especially at deeper depths  :P

  Whether Summoning items are good or bad is quite debatable...  ;D

they're good if you know about them first, but if you use an un-id'd rod hoping it will save you and it summons, that would be bad. regardless, i think summoning rods are a good idea and should be implemented.

Not likely to happen.  All rods are good things, summoning rods would not be.
