Legacy: Haggling in BM

"Haggle" ability with Black Market. Come on. You should be able to haggle, both with selling price and purchase price, since you're dealing with a schister anyway. Have it check your charisma or something. If you fail, have the BM guy be pissed at you and not haggle with you for 2 game days or something.
