Legacy: Real Estate Person

Have a in-town real estate person. How many houses that are in-town are owned, yet haven't been accessed in eons? Have some sort of check that says that if someone doesn't access a house for, say, 30 real life days, they get notified that the gear inside gets hosed and they get the value of their house back, minus a small "handling" fee. The house becomes for sale again, but you have to check with the real estate person.
