Random artifacts. As it is, the artifacts can be hoarded. That's kinda dumb. Why have SPECIFIC artifacts, and that's it? I'd limit the number of artifacts available total, but make some of them random.

A discussion on the pro's and con's of this contentious topic would be interesting...
