I played it a while, very nice...

Monsters have been added and re-thought.
Kobold Shaman, uruks with bows etc. I like it.

Havent seen it yet, but I want some Trolls and Giants with Rocks/Bolders. Nice Dammage with bad Tohit.

I had "auto-center" turned on... my @ at center all the time (when I wasn't close to map edge)
With this setting you endup, NOT looking around the level all the time...
Please implement this in the best game in the world (Mangband)  ;D

I can target ground... Id without picking up etc. Drink newly found potion even with full inventory.

Stolen things returned when thief is killed. (Some)

Monsters actually drop (when dead) what they pickuped.
Maybe not all..but most.

Oh yes!  While auto center does take some time to get used to it is very nice in ending the horrid deaths to 'It breaths Gravity/Time/Chaos/Plasma/Nether/Mana' from somewhere way offscreen.

The ego monsters are a nice touch.. Pern added them long ago and they certainly spiced things up a bit.  Though in my opinion some things should probably be tweaked such as sparkling breeder types.  Being level 5 and running into clear mushroom patches that breed explosively and cast magic missile at you is NOT fun =D
