Distinct wall colros for owned houses

It'd be nice if owned houses had a different wall color, to make house-hunting easier.
Also, it would be nice to get the owners name if you bump the door of a house that is already owned, to allow you to offer them cash for a house.

I like the wall colors though. I'd need to create a new kind of permarock to do it.

... which is actually trivial, except you now get only about 4 of these "attribute" changes before you've run out of normal item attributes. we need a subclass

Hmm...perhaps one color for others' owned houses, another for your owned houses (this would be visible only to you), and the original wall color for all unowned houses...
