Wishlist: Audits done by game, not cron

Perhaps the game could fork or otherwise spawn an audit job periodically.

The configuration for this audit would be in either the main MAngband config or some 'audit.conf' file. It may be smart to configure the audit executable in the config file as well.

This would provide easy auditing on platforms without cron, such as Windows. (Yes, I know you can use Task Scheduler.)

Benefits:
* Ease of initial auditing setup - no more scripts
* Regular auditing on platforms without cron or other schedulers, or platforms whose schedulers are not guaranteed to run
* Can re-audit immediately upon server restart/refresh
* Will cease to collect statistics when game server crashes or is killed, thus preserving the final state of the game
