Bug: "untried" spells

Hi !
Maybe hard to produce. Lvl 41 priest, learning spells
all learned except the last 3 spells (do not hve the name of the first one handy now) of the 5th Book:
Teleport level
WoR
Alter reality
Now all of them are untried.
Trying to cast "Alter reality" - works in dungeon - but the untried does not disappear. After trying WoR the untried disappeared from Alter reality and WoR. I tried to refresh the screen and casting the spells multiple times before.
Maybe related with level loss (from xp drain) and the hard to reproduce "forgotten" spells issue?
I will try to investigate further to find a reproducable situation.
