This vault is different from vanilla. In vanilla, the 5 items inside the cell are generated as "good" items (9), and not "great" items (8). The rating for this vault (5) is correct for vanilla, but it's simply ridiculous for a vault with 5 guaranteed ego items.

A hard one to fix. We should really make this vault match vanilla, but I just couldn't do it. Everyone loves those great mini cell vaults, I couldn't be the one to take them away, someone else will have to do it :-)

Then just increase the rating... 10 would be ok (compared to the other new "uber" vaults, it seems that the rating is quite equal to 2x the number of great items inside the vault).
