Thanks for posting in this forum. Long story short on this: It's not really a bug, it's because that house was built on ground that is not properly flagged as "house floor". I.e.the outlines of the house were built with the Dungeon master character without editing the savefile at the same time. Such cursed houses should be cheaper! :P
