MAngband

I died from a nexus vortex (today) but really it was because i was out of teleportation scrolls, in a castle vault, and just got surrounded. i drank one last healing then logged out. thinking it would save me, but no, apparently i died, thats what it said on the recent deaths, it was on 2650-2800 where i died. Can someone gimmie a assist?
