Really Stupid Near-Death

  Ok, I am walking up to a lesser vault, I kill the Great Storm Wyrm that comes out.  ESP doesn't show anything bad.  So, an young green dragon starts breathing gas at me.  I hit OOD a couple times to silence it; the gas breathing continues.  So, I hit OOD some more... until I realized I was a 4!  I hit my healing macro, and realized the green d was dead... a DROLEM was breathing on me.  I hit teleport macro and heal several times... it lagged... the drolem breathed again... a heal kicked in.. it breathed twice more to take me to a 0, just before I teled away.  Gave me a scare
