Ok, sitting at 3600, game is lagging like crazy. So, I sit there for half an hour, waiting, waiting, waiting, finally lag clears up.  So, I >. You have been killed by plasma hounds! Me; ??????! So, I hit M to see where my stuff is and what survived, and it says you rise through the ceiling.  Lost 5 levels too.  

Darn that pesky < is so close to M but not quite the same thing.  

yeah, that happened to me once, too.
it really sucks.
