Having just started a new game, I was interrupted and chatted a little when I saw I had tele from town center, I HAVE BEEN KILLED BY AN AIMLESS LOOKING MERCHANT :P

Whoops. Better stay in the home unless you're at least level 3 and equipped to fight one of those. Yeah, they're out there.

Nonsense, just get a bow. A level 1 character can easily kill anything in town with a few arrows/bolts.
