well all arts are owned by the highlevel players.

but in fact, is it realy possible for new chars to king just with having EA/HA/wessi/defender as weap
speed rings, mirkies, balance, pdsm, magi amu, istaris and an aman?

Yes.  the first winner, Ashiki, won without any arts.

but i guess ashiki surley has been a mage.


and im not that sure if other classes are able to win, too.

Maybe not all classes... but surely Narchan proved Rangers Can do it.

As I see it he had 1 art:
a) The Glaive of Pain (9d6) (+9 +30)

Yes, its a good art... but some REALLY nice HA would have sone the same thing for him.
