No event/message logs

The problem I'm experiencing is that events won't show up in my Mirror window, and messages won't show up in my Term-4 window like they did when I first ran the game.  I didn't change any window options or anything.  It's a real pain to have to control-P whenever I want to see what's happening.  Any ideas?

I just deleted Mangband and downloaded it again, that fixed the problem.
