MAngband

After I learned how to compile MAngband last night, someone suggested that we could use a step-by-step tutorial of how to do it. We now have a page available from the documentation section of the site on how to do it.

Please note I can't really answer much in the way of questions or help you troubleshoot, since my knowledge at this point is extremely basic. If you run into trouble and the sites listed in the doc don't have any answers for you, I recommend joining #mangband-dev and seeing if anyone there can help you.
