Couldn't connect to server, keep trying [y/n]?

This weekend I got a new PC with Win7 64-bits. After installing everything again and setting up my local PWMangband server as usual, I can't connect to the server via the meta anymore. The server appears on the meta (powerwyrm.dyndns.org), I can connect manually (Q + "localhost"), but not via "powerwyrm.dyndns.org". Both client and servers have all permissions. Any idea?

When I try to connect with the client, I get a Winsock 10061 error (connection refused). I'm lost...

Sure sounds like the firewall is getting in the way. Are you sure the ports are being let through via adding the .exe to the exceptions list? You can always sniff the port using MS Network Monitor, but if you're trying to come into the local machine from the local machine using it's IP address it might not capture anything worthwhile.
