MAngband

So I started playing MAngband and I have to say it's really awesome to me.
But I cannot use the Term 4 window (if I use single window mode, it's way too big for my screen vertically and I can't see anything at the bottom, really) as everytime I click on the text-entry box it crashes giving this window:



Also I should add that the colon key also crashes the game in the same fashion.
The other term windows work properly.

My computer is a Windows 8 laptop (I think that is the issue) and I have tried running it in compatibility mode and as an administrator in my feeble attempts at trying to overcome the issue at hand.

That part (the term-4 hack) of the code uses an ancient WinApi, which probably doesn't work properly anymore on Windows 8.

We'll look into it and are hoping to make next minor release Win8 compatible. That, unfortunately, might take a while :(
