Here is the thread on rgra.

Seems these had disappeared:

"After several unsuccessfull attempts to contact Jon Cole and Devin Kent, I decided to revive their The Angband Comic online at my site.  The original website suffered a sudden server collapse quite some time ago."

So, he dug up his copy and hosted it angband.oook. Bless him!
