lost a house

i had a house that had 3 rare mage books in it and i cant get them back. ive heard crimson can recover them if so could you help me out?

By "lose" do you mean the house is now reset, there is nothing in it, and it is back for sale? If so, I believe you are hosed.

If, on the other hand, the house still stands as it did and you can see that your stuff is still in it, then there might be hope.

I have just locked myself out of my new house I just bought. The unfortunate part about it is that half my back up gear is inside! I can see the key just inside the door! The reason it happened was I automaticly close doors when i go through them with out thinking. I would have picked up my key except my inventory was full from moving my gear from my old house to the new one. If Crimson can help or would help it would be greatly apreciated! I have learned my lesson!
