Yes! As you've probably just seen, this has just been announced.

The client which can be used to connect to the beta test server should be available for download in the next few days,

BTW... the old 0.7.2 client isn't able to see the new servers on the meta (MAng 1.1 beta, ironman, PWMAng 1.0.1). So be sure to get the new client to play on those servers...
