is this portable?
IE can I save this onto My flash drive and carry it with Me. AND when I plug it in and play, will it save stuff on the drive, or My flash drive?

Should be. Until recently, it didn't even "install" as such, you just downloaded, unzippped, and ran the EXE. As far as I know there's no necessary registry hooks - everything is self-contained in the install folder.
