MAngband

Hello Everyone.

I am new to MAngband, but not to Roguelike games. I wanted to ask if there are any graphical tilesets for MAngband like there are for other Roguelike games? Ex: Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup, Nethack, etc...

Yes they are tiles... but the graphic system is broken right now. To bring back the tile system, we need someone to actually draw the missing MAngband tiles...

whats missing? is it hard? can i help?

Not much is actually missing - wilderness terrain (crops, dirt, grass, mud, water, ?) and some vegetables. It depends on tileset in question too, as there are 3 of them (as per Angband). Drawing a new custom tileset could be an interesting project too.

It's worth mentioning that if you use one of the existing tile sets, the items that aren't in there are just displayed as their normal letters or punctuation. Although I'm not sure how functional that all is... :-)
