I finally got the last major house on -500', i own the whole level, and have most of it filled.  that makes me happy.

Hah! Slum lord! Now rent em all out for rediculous sums.

slum lord?  all the houses are good sized, i would be a slum lord if i gave away the small houses and then charged people a weekly sum greater than the cost of the house.  besides, all my houses are almost *full* of stuff, and i don't want to move them.

oh, and since my houses are near *full*, i need people to come on and buy nice gear from me
