I've heard about this occasionally happening, but this is the first time it's happened to me. This is a screenshot of a room that got generated that is disconnected from the rest of the map.

Most likely some mithril armor. I forgot to go check it, actually - maybe it was some Law dsm ...

I almost wish that if a room is detected as being totally cut off, that we'd just fill it with non-floating undead for the fun of it
