All the items in the house I'm standing next to in town are artifacts. An 8 artifact horde is sitting there collecting dust when it could be put to use. It includes the following:

The Quarterstaf 'Nar-i-vagil'
The Quarterstaff 'Eriril'
The Leather Scale Mail 'Thalkettoh'
The Large Metal Shield of Anarion

This house is in sector 0,1 of town. Feel free to look for yourself.

It has been so for some time :

Fracasse was organising all he had some months ago but made the mistake of dropping the key to access the keyhouse inside the keyhouse. This keyhouse is located a bit east of the shops if I remember correctly.  

It also means 6 houses in town can't be bought.

I messaged Gandalf but didn't get a response.

Rather than missing another rendez-vous, you could reset the houses. I messed up so this is deserved.
