Problems with server

I've noticed there are some problems with the server resolving properly, at least from my end.

I noticed that the www server and game server have the same address, at least right now they do, so you can connect in-game to http://www.mangband.org if the metaserver isn't working and you can't connect to mangband.org. Which is what's happening right now.

yeah, something odd is going on, but everything seems to resolve fine from the servers I've tried.  What name servers do you get back when you try a dig?

Whoa, I am able to connect to the server again!

I have been unable to even get to http://www.mangband.org since a few minutes after that post, up until now.

I loaded up VMWare with my Ubuntu setup, ran dig, and I'm getting ns2.mangband.org and ns1.mangband.org under the authority section. The answer section has the IP address. Must be something changed and it took a while to get to my cable Internet provider. (Yes, I moved out from RIT.)

The only thing I can think of is a glitch in rolling changes out from Network Solutions (again).  As I suspected, it resolved itself, given enough time.

Im having trouble getting back on the Mangband.org server at the moment, this a server end problem at the moment?? I bet its Morgy's trembling at the approach of my footsteps personally, but just in case...

No problems this end. Perhaps just a temporary problem you wree experiencing? Or maybe something your end?
