1.1.9 beta will be released today. From all my playtesting, I don't see anything preventing this release now. I'll leave 1.1.9 in beta state until Angband 3.4 is released (should be done in the middle of September), and I'll continue to fix stuff and add the remaining features planned for 1.1.9 in the meantime.

PWMAngband 1.1.9 beta has been silently updated to fix two problems: a server crash when dropping wands/staves with squelching settings on and a client freeze when using sound.

Files updated: client and server packages (source code will be updated once the non-beta version gets released).
Files are available for download at the usual location: http://powerwyrm.monsite-orange.fr

Note: if you don't want to reinstall all the files, you can update mangclient.exe and mangband.exe binaries only, since they are the only files modified by the update.

Found a nasty bug today: using specific summon spells (jelly, vortex...) from the summoner class freezes the game. The check for "useful" summons (no immobile or randomly moving summons) fails for these specific type of monsters, and no monster can be generated... I'll have to do a quick fix on the beta again.

I just checked https://github.com/angband/angband/commits/master. It seems that the devteam already flagged the 3.4 version and are starting to work on the 3.5 one. This means that the release of 3.4 is imminent... so PWMAngband 1.1.9 build 1 should be released very soon too!
