MAngband

Hi!

I can start the SDL client and that one connects. But with the normal exe, I get a blank screen with a yellow cursor in the middle of it in the mangband client window.

This happens with my old beta 4 config and the new default beta 5 client config file.

Any ideas? Though I'll investigate a little more now what is wrong.

-> Win 7 64bit , same machine where beta 4 worked fine before.

Fixed this with a layout reset. It seems that with font " 8x12x.fon " I get only a blank screen. 8x12b (and others) work fine.

Got the walls back by adding:
# Magma (slate : solid block)
F:66:all:2:127

# Quartz (light slate : solid block)
F:67:all:9:127

# Granite walls (white : solid block)
F:72:all:1:127

# Permanent rock (brown : solid block)
F:76:all:7:127

to font-win.prf

Beta 5 is incompatible with beta 4. You need to install it in a fresh directory.
