Auto-get inscription

I'd enjoy seeing a feature where a specific inscription (like "=g") would cause you to auto-pick up an inscribed item. Specifically I'm thinking of arrows, which I find myself having to weed out of the stuff monsters drop every time I kill something with missiles.
