Spectator / Observer Mode

I think it'd be cool to be able to observe other players (with their consent of course) so like when someone's going to fight Morgy or something we can watch from their perspective.  I dunno, just an idea that occurred to me.  Any thoughts?

I like this idea, and it might require the addition of some things that would be used by the Personal Artifact additon, too.
