Windows XP text misplacement bug, try two. ;)

Hello -- I'm experienceing a bit of a problem in mAngband.   Whenever I draw the map in Windows mAngband,  things like the walls are drawn in the wrong places and monsters leave "trails" behind themselves.  

I remember a similar problem in a few other Angband variants,  but there is usually some option that I set and it fixes it.  Any idea how I set that in mAngband?  Something about "Weird Windows" or something?
