All the items in the house I'm standing next to in town are artifacts. An 8 artifact horde is sitting there collecting dust when it could be put to use. It includes the following:

The Quarterstaff 'Eriril'

It has been so for some time :

Fracasse was organising all he had some months ago but made the mistake of dropping the key to access the keyhouse inside the keyhouse. This keyhouse is located a bit east of the shops if I remember correctly.  

It also means 6 houses in town can't be bought.
