Uniques reborn, and the server pauses

I've noticed this before, and it caught me at a BAD time tonight. VERY bad time. Like, in the middle of fighting a GMM who summoned hounds...

The server seems to pause for several seconds when a lot of the Uniques are being reborn... except, while you're unable to do anything, the monsters keep on fighting... this time, it happened right as I was fighting a GMM, and he summoned time hounds. I hit tele immediately, but wait... four seconds later... I get a page and a half of 'Blargh the Dog was reborn' and I'm already a ghost, in another part of the level, and I get the 'you cannot cast spells' message.

The pause you are seeing is the client update that has to occur after a player dies (and this is verified by the fact that the uniques you see pop up are the ones you've already killed).  There is probably no good way to eliminate this puase.  A concern here would be the ghost getting killed in the interim, and that can be addressed (1 sec invuln, maybe).

Sadly, death does happen.
