So i dunno if anyone else has been doing this but i was writing down the stuff i ate/drank to share with everyone if anyone else has anything to add i'll edit this list and make it better, so we can SURVIVE =)
Not much and i uh started writing stuff down after i had read a few scrolls so missing a few that i knew, the mushrooms are what killed me =(
Potions:
Dark Blue - Heroism
Red - tried, not harmful
Metallic red - sleep
Vermillion - Slowness
Crimson - Weakness
Purple - Lose memories

Dark Blue - Sickness
Light blue - Poison
Rings:
Fluorite - Weakness
Aquamarine - Slow digestion
