I am not sure if this is a good idea or not but not being able to quaff water when standing in some doesn't make much sense to me. Maybe being able to re'F'ill empty bottles would be good too.
I think it would be neat but that might be going too far away from V.

AFAIK, filling empty bottles from water tiles would be possible in the next version.
