As it seems like most of the "leet" players have shortenings for everything in the game, it can be very confusing to be a n00b when trying to understand what you say. And since the chat-interface can be a bit messy, specially when it'a a bit laggy I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to make a little "list" of shortenings and the real meaning =)

Such as:

WoG = Wrath of God

[Maegdae]

Though it's meant for Vanilla Angband, it is also relevant to variants such as Mangband.  Hope this helps.

what're you talking about Maegdae being busy?  All I ever see him doing is complaining about how the lag keeps him from being able to do anything .  Anyway, feel free to ask me too when I'm on.  I may not know 'em all, but I'll have an idea.
